Welcome to my website. I'm a published author, teacher and experienced international communications professional.

I started my career as a print and radio journalist before working in public relations and communications for the corporate sector. Building on my passion for the power of effective communication, I've held senior positions in Australia and Asia, helping organisations to build strong reputations through planned, sustained and open dialogue.

As a teacher I've lectured in Western Australia at Curtin University, Murdoch University and Edith Cowan University, as well as overseas at the Chinese University in Hong Kong.

A popular presenter, interviewer and public speaker, I've been active in literary festivals for many years both in Australia and overseas.

Late in 2015 I launched my third book, entitled More to the Story – conversations with refugees. My previous two books have been business biographies.

I now live in Perth, Western Australia and am working towards my PhD.
